Keen Digital Co., Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us") operates the KeenCRM platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information in compliance with Vietnamese Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP on Personal Data Protection and international best practices.
2. Information We Collect
We collect: (a) Account information — name, email address, company name, job title, industry; (b) Usage data — login times, features used, pages viewed; (c) Business data — contacts, deals, invoices, and other CRM data you enter; (d) Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information; (e) Payment data — bank transfer references (we do not store credit card numbers).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: (a) Provide and improve the Service; (b) Process payments and manage subscriptions; (c) Send service-related notifications (billing, security, updates); (d) Provide customer support; (e) Analyze usage patterns to improve the platform; (f) Comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Storage & Residency
All customer data is stored on servers located within Vietnam, in compliance with Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest) to protect your data. Automated backups are performed daily with 30-day retention.
6. Your Rights
Under Vietnamese data protection law, you have the right to: (a) Access your personal data; (b) Correct inaccurate data; (c) Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements); (d) Export your data in a standard format; (e) Withdraw consent for data processing. 8. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account closure, business data is available for export for 30 days, then permanently deleted. Account information may be retained for up to 5 years for legal and tax compliance purposes per Vietnamese regulations.
9. Security Measures
We implement: (a) TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit; (b) AES-256 encryption for data at rest; (c) Role-based access controls; (d) Regular security audits; (e) Automated threat monitoring; (f) Rate limiting and DDoS protection. We follow industry best practices for securing SaaS applications.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days in advance.
